Teensy 4.1 without Ethernet

Teensy 4.1 without Ethernet

The Teensy 4.1 is a larger, more capable version of the Teensy 4.0, featuring the same 600MHz ARM Cortex-M7 processor with expanded I/O, built-in SD card socket, USB host port, and locations for optional memory expansion. Same footprint as Teensy 3.6 (61 × 17.8mm).

This version does not include Ethernet capability. Fully compatible with Arduino IDE through Teensyduino.

Key Features

  • 600MHz ARM Cortex-M7 – Dual-issue superscalar with branch prediction
  • 8MB Flash / 1024KB RAM – Four times the flash of Teensy 4.0
  • Built-in SD Card Socket – SDIO 4-bit native interface
  • USB Host Port – Connect USB devices directly
  • Memory Expansion – Two locations for optional PSRAM/Flash chips
  • Hardware FPU – Accelerates 32-bit float and 64-bit double
  • Dynamic Clock Scaling – Change speed without timing issues
  • Overclockable – Runs well beyond 600MHz
